Plastic fencing

We would not support the use of plastic fencing within the garden believing that wood is inherently superior for the following reasons;

• Aesthetically pleasing to sight, touch and smell
• Comes from sustainable woodland throughout Britain and Europe
• Good pressure treated timber is maintenance free for twenty years or more
• Managed woodland is important to fauna & flora
• Timber is easily worked for a customized finish
• Timber is half the price of plastic products
• Using timber encourages & supports traditional craftmanship throughout the industry

For the continued success of sustainable, managed woodlands around Europe, especially within Britain it is important to support our timber industry.
