Top row of pictures show the mill segments being jacked up and underpinned with concrete, the segments pointed up, ready for the mill stone and the mill stone being winched onto the mill.  Bottom pictures, left, mill stone being winched upright and finally in place.  The oak has been chosen and the framework made to look original.
